Skyward Staffing

Modernizing how a staffing partner shows up online
Skyward Staffing connects manufacturing companies with qualified talent through direct placement, temporary staffing, and temp-to-hire services, primarily in West Virginia and the DMV. They had an outdated, inconsistent website that didn’t reflect the quality of work they do or give them confidence when showing up to meetings. We modernized their messaging, positioning, and redesigned the core website to establish trust and make them look competitive in a category where most staffing sites look boring and generic.

“Start to finish, the experience was tremendous. Nothing felt unprofessional and the work was never mediocre at any point. We shared what we needed and got that plus more. The website looks great and everyone loved it. The process was easier than expected, revisions were minimal, and the partnership felt like working with a real creative team that understands the vision and delivers results.”
Jordan Harris, Founder and Director of Professional Services

More than another staffing site

Staffing is a crowded category where visual identity and clarity are often an afterthought. Most firms trade on generic templates and clichés. Instead of reproducing the same stiff, unmemorable language and layouts, we clarified what makes Skyward different: confidence, industry understanding, and quality over volume. The strategy was to make the brand feel modern, credible, and purposeful from the first screen. This reframed Skyward from a “just another agency” impression to a partner clients can trust when posting jobs or pitching internal stakeholders.

From outdated to modern, clean, and confident

We delivered a website with clear strategic copy and functional improvements that actually work. Every section was written with direct positioning and benefits, not filler. The design communicates competence through hierarchy, spacing, and purposeful language rather than generic stock layouts.
